If there are grounds for a complaint, you can submit it using the options listed. A complaint is deemed to exist if reference is made to human rights and environmental risks as well as to violations of human rights or environmental obligations that have arisen as a result of the business activities of the decentrally managed Novoferm Germany GmbH, its affiliated companies, its associated companies or one of its direct suppliers.

Please note that your report will be received by the Compliance Officer of the Novoferm Group.

If you submit your report anonymously, we would like to ask you to make your report as specific as possible and to provide all relevant information relevant to the matter in order to ensure targeted processing
